Nick Jonas is returning as a solo singer as he announced a new album, Sunday Best.
During his November 30 set, the singer revealed his solo album at Jonas’ family-owned Nellie’s Southern Kitchen in Las Vegas, according to Setlist.fm.
As per the press release, Nick’s new album is his first in almost five years and will be out on February 6. He disclosed this in front of 170 fans, amidst his first-ever live performances of several new tracks.
Daniel Wall of Behind the Wall joined Nick for the show to discuss the “inspirations, stories, and creative journey behind the album.”
The album will also feature collaborators, including JP Saxe, Josette Maskin of MUNA, Blush, and Ryan Daly, as per the report.
According to the announcement, Nick’s new album digs into some of the most defining moments of his recent life, the highs, the hard parts, and everything he’s learned while growing into his roles as a husband and a dad.
It’s described as his most personal work yet, shaped by a year full of perspective shifts.
Nick said he’s thrilled for fans to finally hear the stories he’s been holding onto.
“These songs capture my thoughts, my late-night walks through the city, and little pieces of my life from the past few years,” he shared, noting that although the project was crafted over two years, it feels like the culmination of his entire journey so far.
