Prince Harrys memoir doesn’t add up, King Charless former royal butler claims

Prince Harry’s version of his royal childhood has been called into question, by none other than King Charles’s former butler.

Grant Harrold, who worked for the King for seven years, admitted he was left puzzled after reading the Duke of Sussex’s bombshell memoir, Spare.

Speaking to Fox News Digital, Harrold said Harry’s account “doesn’t add up.”

The butler recalled happy family moments during his time with the royals, insisting he never saw the bitter sibling rivalry or mental health struggles Harry described in his book.

But Harrold was careful not to dismiss the Duke’s words completely.

“That’s not to say it didn’t happen,” he noted, before pointing out that memories often differ.

He even echoed Queen Elizabeth II’s famous line after Harry and Meghan’s Oprah interview, saying, “Recollections may vary.”
