Meghan Markle has sparked confusion among royal fans after a surprising admission about her son, Prince Archie.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, appeared with Prince Harry, 41, in ABC’s new documentary The Happiest Story On Earth: 70 Years Of Disneyland.
The couple reflected on their own childhood memories of the theme park and a recent trip they took with their children, Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four, to celebrate Lilibet’s birthday.
During the segment, Meghan revealed that Archie loved the visit so much he asked her: “When’s my birthday?” in hopes they could return. But the innocent comment left fans divided online.
One person wrote on X: “A six-year-old would know when their birthday is.” Another added: “Why doesn’t he know when his birthday was?”
A third claimed: “A child his age would definitely remember May 6.”
However, others defended Archie, suggesting he wasn’t confused about the date but simply wanted another Disneyland birthday trip. “He probably just meant, ‘When do I get to come back here for MY birthday?’” one fan reasoned.
