Michelle Williams reveals how Destiny's Child reunion happened

The American girl group Destiny's Child reunited in July after seven years of their last public performance.

The group was created in 1990 consisting of Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams.

In July 2025, the three reunited on stage at Beyonce’s last show of her Cowboy Carter tour in Las Vegas.

Michelle has now revealed how it happened saying they didn't have much time to prepare for the performance.

“It was awesome, spur of the moment.”, she said on Watch What Happens Live.

Recalling their last performance as a group, the singer said they had much more time to prepare before their 2018 Coachella gig when they joined Beyonce’s headlining performance.

“This one was, ‘Y’all let’s do this,' and we did it.”, she explained.

The singer said the secret of when the group will be seen together or they will perform makes them more impactful.

The 46-year-old also answered if there will ever be another album from the group. She replied, “Anything is possible.”

“To me, performing on stage is like that for me… I only like it with Beyoncé and Kelly.” she added.
