This is what dreams are made of, the early 2000’s icon Hilary Duff announcing new music for her fans along with another special surprise.
The How I Met Your Father star, who last came out with an album titled Breathe In. Breathe Out. in 2015, will also be seen in a new docuseries.
During a press release the businesswoman revealed that she was now signed with Atlantic Records.
Meanwhile Duff’s upcoming film "will chronicle Duff’s long-awaited musical return and personal journey, offering an unfiltered vignette into Hilary’s world."
The premise continues, "fans will ride shotgun as she balances raising a family, recording new music, live show rehearsals, and preparing to perform on stage for the first time in over a decade."
Meanwhile in her latest social media post, the Sparks singer increased anticipation for her next album, giving a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the production.
Duff can be spotted smiling wide as she leans back in a chair wearing a white T-shirt and jeans in the first image from the carousel.
In the next two pictures the Gossip Girl actress appeared to be heavily hinting to her new musical era, as she glanced at what appeared to be lyrics in her phone, and hugged her husband, Matthew Koma, while he plays the piano.
Duff gained mainstream success from her Disney channel show Lizzie McGuire, and her first-ever album Metamorphosis.
