Doechii teases more projects with Lady Gaga after 'Runway' collab

Doechii candidly talked about her experience working with Lady Gaga and hinted at future projects together after their recent soundtrack track for The Devil Wears Prada 2.

Speaking with E! News at the 2026 Daily Front Row Fashion Awards, the 27-year-old Doechii said, “I don’t want to say too much, because we have more to come, me and Gaga, but it was amazing working with her.”

She also called Gaga “an angel” and praised her creativity and work ethic, adding that she is "truly a master at her craft.. She is so fabulous."

Talking further about her latest track, she shared, “I hope everybody is enjoying ‘Runway.’”

The duo track Runway, is included as the soundtrack of the forthcoming The Devil Wears Prada sequel, which is slated to hit in cinemas on May 2, 2026.

Lady Gaga has also spoken highly of Doechii, calling her songwriting talent “immediately legendary” in an interview with British Vogue in July 2025.

Notably, Runway has also marked a strong streaming debut for Doechii, becoming her biggest Spotify Global collaboration launch so far, with 2.96 million streams, surpassing her previous major feature with Katy Perry.
