Kendrick Lamar, who had a public beef with Drake, might be gearing up for his return in the game with a new music project.
The 38-year-old rapper last released a surprise album GNX with 12 songs which had the infamous diss track Not Like Us which he performed at Super Bowl halftime.
Kendrick reportedly “got some sh*t cooking up” according to Akademiks; however, it remains unclear if it’s a project or a collaboration.
The DJ stated in a live stream about the Like That crooner, “Do some features man. Bless the game.”
While fans are not ready to believe the speculation, Soundwave seemingly teased a new project by sharing an unseen video from his GNX sessions in January.
The clips also featured Jack Antonoff playing “unreleased music,” sending fans into a frenzy.
These updates come after it was reported by Akademiks that his nemesis Drake is preparing to release much-anticipated album ICEMAN.
Anthony Fantano shared an update in a video about the album coming out in next 36 hours. According to him, he got the update from exclusive sources.
The two rappers embroiled in a feud since 2013 where the Swimming Pools crooner’s diss track added fire to fuel which proved to be a massive hit.
In 2025, the track earned Kendrick Grammys in five different categories.
