2025 MTV Video Music Awards: Full winner list

The 2025 MTV Video Music Awards took place at New York’s UBS Arena on Sunday, September 7.

Performances by Sabrina Carpenter, Tate McRae, KATSEYE, and Lady Gaga stunned the crowd with their high energy and synchronised choreography.

Notably, the award was created by the above-mentioned network to honour artists for the best music videos. The first show aired in 1984 at New York's Radio City Music Hall.

Since then, musicians like Taylor Swift have made history as the most awarded solo artist with 30 statues. On this year’s awards night, BLACKPINK member Rose became the first Korean solo artist to win Song of the Year for APT.
