Cardi B, who is about to release her album Am I The Drama, seemingly faced a setback after a snippet of her song was leaked online.
Although the lead single presumably did not connect well with the music lovers, Cardi might change the narrative with her upcoming album.
Fans reacted to the new clip which features the rapper’s voice along with a male musician who is speculated to be Bad Bunny.
One admirer commented on TikTok, pointing out that “this is a fun song.” They recalled that the WAP hitmaker “did say the album will have a little bit of everything.”
Contrary to the popular narrative, a music lover declared that “this sounds like a HIT,” while another one pointed out that the music “got me MOVING.”
However, a netizen questioned the snippet’s reality, because “there’s a lot of Ai videos of Cardi rapping going around.”
Although the melody is being appreciated by her admirers, the singer is yet to confirm if it is a part of her track which is about to release soon.
Before releasing her record, the Grammy winner added to the anticipation by announcing her upcoming tour and its possible time.
Her second track Imaginary Playerz, which sampled Jay-Z’s original track from 90s, was declared a “flop” and an “unfinished business” by her fans.
However, she slammed the hatred by claiming: “My flops and your flop is not the same.”
