American wrestler Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24 at the age of 71 after suffering a cardiac arrest in his Florida home.
The wrestler was quickly taken to hospital but he did not survive.
Following his death, there has been a lot of mystery surrounding his demise which has prompted police investigation.
Now, his widow, Sky Daily, is reportedly seeking to sue for medical malpractice.
The late wrestler had undergone a neck operation in May and his wife believe there was undisclosed complications from the procedure.
The late icon’s wife also confirmed an autopsy was performed on his dead body but did not reveal the details.
Sky believes his phrenic nerve, which helps in respiration, was "compromised" during the surgery.
Hulk’s estranged daughter, Brooke, has also threatened to take legal action against people of her father’s inner circle who are spreading false information.
A month after his passing, he is still not laid to rest.
Born Terry Bollea, he was one of the biggest names in the field in the 80s and 90s, going on to cross over into other industries.
Hulk Hogan died due to a heart attack however the late star was also secretly battling with cancer.
