The Office, which ran for nine seasons from 2005 to 2013, has finally gotten an offshoot called The Paper, which is to begin airing soon.
The series is set to come out on September 4th on Peacock, but there’s an update in the schedule of the release of episodes.
Previously, the episodes were set to drop four at first, with the rest coming out gradually on a weekly basis.
However, now the spinoff will drop all at once, with ten episodes being available for a binge watch on the same date.
The mockumentary will bring back the awkwardness that came with the filming crew seemingly invading the employee’s privacy, and the iconic role reprisal of Oscar Martinez.
In the brand-new series, the accountant is the only recurring character in the Greg Daniels and Michael Koman created comedy sitcom.
The premise of the show follows the journey of the office crew, namely the publisher and a bunch of volunteer reporters attempting to revive a historic Toledo newspaper, The Truth Teller.
It seems that after the years long documentation of the tumultuous proceedings at the Dunder Mifflin office, the filming crew has found new targets in Toledo, Ohio.
The series also has Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, and Tim Key as the main cast and crew on-screen.
