Offset reflects on relationship with Cardi B in new album

Cardi B, who recently released her song Imaginary Playerz of Am I the Drama?, has been mentioned in the new album of Offset.

Although the 33-year-old rapper has reportedly poked fun at his former girlfriend, Offset shared an important message through his closing track Move On of album KIARI.

While speaking with the Associated Press, the Clout hitmaker revealed that the song is “about moving on… peacefully.”

The Need It hitmaker concluded his record with this track to signify the end of the “chapter” he once shared with the WAP hitmaker.

Offset has finally decided that “it’s over and done with,” calling it “great while it lasted.” 

According to the rapper, his relationship with Cardi is a “book that’s closed.”

The hip-hop mogul and the Up crooner, having a turbulent relationship, called it quits after the songstress filed for divorce in 2020.

In 2025, the mother-of-three hard launched her new boyfriend Stefon Diggs on Instagram, showing off his romantic gestures.

Is Cardi B new song a diss track for Offset?

It was widely speculated that her new lead single Outside of the upcoming album is a diss track aimed at her former husband.

However, the singer announced that the new music coming from her side is the death of her older version, becoming a villain to clap back at her haters.

Comparing the two, both former lovers are seemingly moving on in their lives with new chapters separately. It is to be noted that the rappers chose their creativity to get over the split.
