Shawn Mendes is on his 'On The Road Again' tour, which began on August 16
Niall Horan sent fans into a frenzy after he made a surprise appearance on stage alongside Shawn Mendes in London.
The 31-year-old singer was brought up on stage by his longtime friend, Shawn, as the duo sang This Town, a track from Niall’s album.
London fans were taken aback by the unexpected collaboration and rushed to X (formerly Twitter) to express their excitement.
One netizen commented, “It was like a birthday present to me. I'm so happy with them singing together one of my favourite songs!” Another wrote, “Best surprise ever.”
The video depicts the pair strumming on guitars as they perform an acoustic version side by side. The crowd sang along.
Notably, in March 2024, the former One Direction member brought out the Senorita hitmaker at his The Show: Live On Tour, where they serenaded the crowd with Treat You Better.
On August 16, Shawn kicked off his On The Road Again tour at O2 Arena in London. He will perform 20 shows, divided between European and North American dates. The tour will conclude on October 17, 2025.
Meanwhile, Niall recently teased his return to music after posting from recording studios on his Instagram handle. Fans are speculating that the duo might collaborate on his upcoming tracks.
