Blake Lively has alleged that a “smear campaign” against her by It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni is still active.
The 37-year-old actress made the claim during a deposition tied to a lawsuit she filed in December accusing the actor-director, his Wayfarer Studios team, and their PR representatives of sexual harassment and defamation.
Although the defendants denied the allegations, the Jane the Virgin star’s £315 million (about $400 million) countersuit was dismissed in June.
A partial transcript released in New York on July 30 shows the Gossip Girl alum telling one of the defence lawyers that the campaign “doesn’t feel like it’s ended.”
When asked if it was ongoing, she replied, “It feels that way.”
Notably, the trial is set for March 2026.
Pressed on who she believed was involved, the Lively responded, “All of them. And I believe you are.”
She also accused the parties of filing a “retaliatory lawsuit” and making “incredibly retaliatory” statements.
According to Baldoni's lawyer, he “wants the truth to come out” and looks forward to his “day in court.”
A spokesperson for the actress said they were “pleased” with her deposition and plan to question the opposing side “in short order.”
Lively has been married to actor Ryan Reynolds since 9 September 2012. The pair met in early 2010 while filming Green Lantern and began dating in October 2011.
Before that, from 2007 to 2010, she was in a relationship with her co-star Penn Badgley.
