Blake Lively is doubling down about her stance on Perez Hilton, as she files a new court document against the influencer.
The It Ends With Us actress had previously issued an order for him to arrive in court for being one of the individuals involved in orchestrating a smear campaign against her, which is part of the accusations in her bombshell lawsuit targeting Justin Baldoni.
In recent filings penned by the Gossip Girl alum’s attorney Esra Hudson, the lawyer notes all the instances of the media personality calling the 37-year-old disparaging names like “bully,” and other horrendous names.
“Since August 2024, Mr. Hilton has created more than 500 pieces of video content about Ms. Lively, almost entirely disparaging, and about the same number of posts of sensational headlines,” she wrote.
Esra then cited evidence, by highlighting, “’Hilton’s videos are punctuated by name-calling, Ms. Lively, coining mocking terms for her, including “Blackface Blake,” “Lying Lively,” “Ku Klux Khaleesi,” and “Litigious Lively.’”
Meanwhile, Hilton has also openly discussed his call to court, and in retaliation filed for a protective order against Lively on June 29, while also denying her request to hand over his private conversations.
Blake’s extensive subpoena list for online figures was in connection to the smear campaign she accused Justin of.
The Another Simple Favor actress believes they are working in tandem with the 41-year-old director to run negative content against her.
