Prince Andrews secrets shared with spies by Jeffrey Epstein, biographer claims

A new book has alleged that convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein sold sensitive information about Prince Andrew to foreign intelligence agencies.

According to Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York by royal biographer Andrew Lownie, Epstein is said to have passed along the Duke of York’s “most intimate secrets” to international spy agencies.

The claims reportedly stem in part from a documentary by Canadian investigative journalist Ian Halperin, who, according to Lownie, said the information was “confirmed by many in Andrew’s circle.”

Lownie states that the details have been “verified,” as reported by The Times.

The book further alleges that Epstein viewed Andrew as “easy to exploit” and used their friendship to gain “respectability, access to political leaders, and business opportunities.”

Prince Andrew, 65, was publicly associated with Epstein and his longtime companion Ghislaine Maxwell for years.

Photographs of the trio at public events have circulated widely. However, Andrew has maintained that his relationship with Epstein ended once he became aware of Epstein’s criminal activities.

The Duke faced major public backlash after Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s accusers, alleged that she had been trafficked to Prince Andrew when she was a teenager. Andrew has consistently and vehemently denied all accusations.

He reached an out-of-court financial settlement with Giuffre in 2022, without admitting liability.

Following the controversy, Prince Andrew was stripped of his royal and military patronages and stepped back from public life.
