Blake Lively, who is suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment, found herself in a tight spot again after new claims were levelled against her.
Although the 37-year-old actress declared a complete “victory” after dismissal of Justin’s lawsuit, Blake is now being accused of harassment.
A YouTuber has broken her silence after being subpoenaed in the sexual harassment case between the co-stars of It Ends With Us.
According to Us Weekly, Lauren Neidigh demanded a protective order against the Gossip Girl alum in a fiery complaint.
While the subpoena has been dropped, Lauren insisted that summon was not evidence-backed and targeted “creators who have expressed unfavourable opinions” against the actress.
The complaint noted that Blake’s primary objective was to “intimidate, harass, chill constitutionally protected free speech” with the move.
The content creator highlighted that the Another Simple Favor actress has an option to reissue the subpoena in the future which is an “undue burden on [her].”
Lauren filed for a legal action to protect her from issuing any summon in the future, demanding sanctions.
The outlet previously revealed that the Hollywood actress has demanded getting access to creators' personal information which was heavily contested by Lauren and others.
However, it was argued by the Savages star that their request was not “accusations of wrongdoing” and were to ensure that they have collected “admissible evidence” in court.
This came after it was reported that Blake’s deposition began on July 31 while Justin was also in presence at the location.
