Finn Wolfhard surprised his fans with an exciting announcement regarding his music career.
Taking to Instagram, the 22-year-old artist revealed new dates for his The Objection!” tour. He added Europe as his next stop, which is slated for October.
He captioned the post, “Can’t wait to take The Objection! Tour across the pond this fall!”
Netizens took to the comments to express their joy at the news. One fan wrote, “I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU.”
Another well-wisher penned, “FINALLY A EUROPE TOUR.”
The It actor released his debut solo album, Happy Birthday, on June 6 and began his North American leg a day earlier. It is set to conclude in September.
In conversation with DIY, Finn confessed about his album, “I hope that when I look back on this record, I’ll be proud of the melodies and the songwriting.”
Notably, Happy Birthday features nine tracks and is a result of a personal challenge where the singer aimed to write 50 songs in 2022.
For the unversed, the Ghostbusters lead is currently in a band called The Aubreys. According to Finn, he initially named the band The Audreys after his childhood cat.
The Aubreys were formed in 2019 by Finn Wolfhard and Malcolm Craig after his previous band, Calpurnia, disbanded.
On the professional front, the actor who plays Mike Wheeler in Stranger Things is currently preparing for the show's season 5 premiere. The final season will air on November 26.
