Prince Harry, Meghan Markle not dumped by Netflix entirely as new shows still in pipeline

Despite swirling reports of their Netflix deal ending, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aren’t going anywhere, at least not completely.

While their £75 million exclusive contract with the streaming giant is set to expire in September, insiders have now revealed that new projects featuring the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are already in the works.

According to Page Six, the couple won’t be “dumped” entirely by Netflix despite mixed results from their past content.

Aside from their hit 2022 docu-series Harry & Meghan, their other releases, including Harry’s Heart of Invictus polo series and Meghan’s underwhelming With Love, Meghan, failed to make much of a splash.

Still, a well-placed source says the Sussexes are planning “more TV projects very soon.”

Instead of another massive exclusive deal, a more flexible first-look agreement is reportedly being discussed, allowing Netflix to preview and potentially green-light their future content.

The insider emphasized that while the royal couple’s original mega-deal may not be renewed, the partnership is far from over.
