Meghan Markle has broken her silence on the one question everyone’s been dying to ask: Will she write her own memoir?

With her and Prince Harry’s £78 million Netflix deal reportedly not being renewed come September, speculation has ramped up about what the Duchess of Sussex might do next, and whether she’ll follow in Harry’s footsteps with a juicy tell-all book of her own.

In an April podcast with longtime friend and beauty mogul Jamie Kern Lima, Meghan was asked directly whether she’d write a memoir, and her response was simple, strategic, and totally on brand.

“I’ve got a lot more life to live before I’m there,” she said.

Last year, insiders claimed Meghan was already being courted by major publishing houses, all dangling multimillion-dollar offers.

“She’s sitting on a goldmine,” a publishing insider told Closer. 

“There’s no denying Meghan’s lived a life that millions would want to read about, and love her or hate her, people would buy it.”
