The Devil Wears Prada 2 is set to see some exciting role reprisals, and all the new stars that will be working on the sequel have only increased fans anticipation for the sequel.
It was previously revealed that the 2006 classic will have familiar faces associated with the irreplaceable characters of Andy, Miranda, Emily and Nigel.
This means that Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci, will all be reprising their roles in the movie almost two decades after the original.
Moreover, the members that will be joining the Oscar-nominated film’s previous cast have been confirmed.
Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J. Novak, Pauline Chalamet, Caleb Hearon are some of the well-known figures who will be featured in the comedy drama.
The star-studded cast has gotten the nod of approval from fans, who have discussed the announcement on their social media with comments like, “the cast of this movie is peak, got us all seated.”
Another echoed the sentiment, writing, “cast so far is making it a much watch,” while a third netizen simply added “And suddenly I am SEATED.”
The Devil Wears Prada 2 will not see the rile reprisal of Nate Cooper, which was played by Adrian Grenier in the cult classic.
