Megan Thee Stallion’s legal woes have only increased since her case against Tory Lanez began, as she has just been hit with a harassment suit.
The rapper, whose government name is Megan Pete had been named in a filing by her former cameraman Emilio Garcia, claiming that she had intimate relations in front of him in April of 2024.
In response, the Not My Fault singer’s legal team fired back by calling him a “con artist” and by noting that the allegations had no basis in facts or any merit in law.
However, the judge presiding over the case, Gregory H. Woods appears to disagree with Megan’s representatives, since he gave the fillings the go ahead.
He ruled that Emilio did indeed plead sufficient facts and that his claims of experiencing a hostile work environment and altered contract of employment after being called derogatory names.
The cameraman had also claimed that Megan found it acceptable to engage in sexual activities with a woman in an SUV in Ibiza since she was aware that he was a gay man, which the judge also found as a plausible reason as to why the terms of his employment changed for the worse.
Tory Lanez was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon in July 2020 following a violent argument at a house party.
Megan Thee Stallion was with the rapper that night and was reported to have injured her foot due to shattered glass.
However, Megan later took to Instagram to claim that she was intentionally shot by Tory during the altercation.
