Taylor Swift hosting the National Football League’s Super Bowl halftime show has become a hot topic recently, and the possibility is certainly there.
The Call It What You Want singer has been talking at length about her latest hobby, baking sourdough bread, which has made swifties wonder if it’s a hint for her taking the stage at the massive event.
In an interview with Today on September 3, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was asked about the 14-time Grammy winner’s presence to which he stated, “We would always love to have Taylor play.”
“She is a special, special talent and obviously, she would be welcome at any time,” he continued.
The league leader was then asked if a performance is already in the works to which he teased by saying maybe.
Goodell added that he is waiting on Jay-Z to reveal who will be performing this year, since him and his label Roc Nation have partnered up with the league back in 2019.
The Imaginary Players rapper is the live music entertainment strategist for the NFL, and was the one responsible for marking Kendrick Lamar’s famous performance last year.
