Oasis fans 'disrespect' singers during much awaited reunion tour

Noel and Liam Gallagher, who took the stage back in 2009, reunited together to finally kick off their much-anticipated tour on 4 July, 2025.

Although several clips from the concert show fans going “absolutely wild” as the two singers perform, many concertgoers described their different experience.

A TikTok user decided to call out the crowd for remaining seated during the gigs as she posted a video questioning: “Why is everyone sat down?”

She added another text: “this is who you lost tickets to btw.”

The clip divided the users as few deemed the action a form of “disrespect” towards the singers, who finally joined hands after long.

This was noted by another netizen as they questioned: “WHY IS IT SO QUIET?”

However, many die-hard admirers explained why the crowd appears to remain seated.

One fan reasoned that “they’re original fans and our backs are shot to pieces.” Another one nodded to the comment, adding “they are old.”

A third one chimed: “They sat down because no one cares about this song. Just play Wonderwall for gods sake!”

Another X (formerly Twitter) post claimed that the Oasis gig looked “half full” with “loads of space on the floor and empty seats everywhere.”

Previously, it was announced by the duo that they are looking forward to sell further tickets as it was reported that the shows “sold out” instantly.
