Sean “Diddy” Combs has been acquitted of the major offences he has been accused of but that does not mean that the singer is out of the woods yet.
The rapper has been found guilty of two counts of transporting Cassie and other sex workers across state lines to engage in prostitution and faces up to 20 years in prison.
Diddy’s defence requested bail for their client but the judge denied the motion as the two guilty counts were enough to keep him in custody.
Nevertheless, TMZ reported that Diddy rejoiced after hearing the mixed verdict and told his family, “I'm coming home,” which is a reference to his 2010 song Coming Home.
However, the mother of the music mogul’s youngest child had to leave the celebration early due to unforeseen circumstances.
The outlet revealed that right after the outcome was announced, Dana Tran went straight to the airport to fly back to Los Angeles.
It is believed that she and Diddy’s two-year-old daughter, Love Combs, have been ill and need her mother’s care.
It is worth noting that Dana was at her partner’s side throughout his controversial trial, which began on May 5.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has seven children, with his youngest kid being born on October 15, 2022.
