As the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs goes into its second month, things are getting increasingly murky.

The first month saw horrifying testimonies from Casandra Ventura, better known as Cassie, Kid Cudi, and former employees.

However, some have started to suggest the prosecutors have not been able to build as strong a case as many were led to believe.

Clinical psychologist and TV personality Phillip McGraw (Dr. Phil) recently talked to DailyMail to warn the prosecutors that their case is in danger of unravelling due to over-reliance on emotionally charged accounts of the alleged victims.

On Tuesday, the prosecutors made another attempt to solidify their position by showing flight and hotel reservation records for a male escort, which they believe constitute as sex trafficking.

The jury was also shown tapes of Diddy’s infamous freak-off parties, which received mixed reactions.

Reports indicate that while some jurors expressed utter disgust, others found the videos amusing and gave a visible laugh.

It is also reported that three of the 12-minute-long freak-off tapes were screened in court but only 30 seconds were played from each video.

What are the charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs?

Sean “Diddy” Combs was indicted in the Southern District of New York on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution.
