Seems like even former employees of Sean “Diddy” Combs are struggling with their legal battles.

The music mogul was arrested and indicted in the Southern District of New York on September 16, 2024, on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution.

According to Rolling Stone, Joseph Sherman, an ex bodyguard of Diddy, recently lost a $100 million federal defamation lawsuit.

Sherman sued Thalia Graves who accused him and his employer of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2001.

The former security personnel claims that the allegation caused him reputational and emotional damage and are “completely and utterly false.”

However, the judge dismissed the lawsuit by stating that it includes “several frivolous claims” beyond defamation.

The lawsuit also contained alleged text messages from Graves in which she offered to leave out Sherman from her allegations if he testifies against Diddy.

Meanwhile, the high-profile trial of Diddy enters its fourth week as the defence continues with their attempt to sway the jury.

Who is Thalia Graves?

Thalia Graves is one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged victims. She came forward in September 2024 to claim that she was sexually assaulted by the Bad Boy Records founder in 2001.
