While King Charles and Kate Middleton have both faced incredibly tough years following their cancer diagnoses, a new spotlight is shining on one royal who isn't technically a working member of the Firm, but still holds the whole thing together.

Enter Zara Tindall, daughter of Princess Anne, Olympic equestrian, and all-around family MVP.

According to body language expert Darren Stanton, Zara, who turns 44 this week, is quietly becoming the “real rock” of the royal family, the one Charles and Camilla can count on just as much as Princess Anne and Duchess Sophie.

“Her personality seems so fun and down to earth,” Stanton said in an interview with BetFair Slots.

“Zara has a great rapport with every member of the royal family. She's been pictured laughing with King Charles, and she’s great friends with William and Kate.”

She’s also been spotted bonding closely with Princess Eugenie at recent events, a reminder of just how loved she is across generations of royals.

“They seem to see her as a real rock who can always be relied on,” Stanton added. “Family is very close to her heart.”

Despite not holding an official HRH title or royal role, Zara is often seen at major royal events and is known for bringing lightness and laughter to even the most formal occasions.

“Zara's confidence has flourished since marrying Mike,” Stanton noted. “She’s not only found her soul mate, she’s found her best friend.”
