Blake Lively embraces wild twist in 'Another Simple Favor'

The highly anticipated witty thriller Another Simple Favor, a sequel to the hit movie A Simple Favor, has been streaming on Prime Video since May 1st, with a startling plot twist.

Based on a novel by Darcey Bell, the movie A Simple Favor, (2018) was a murder mystery and A-list actress, Blake Lively, starred as Emily Nelson in the movie, who alienated her twin sister Faith.

In the movie, the versatile woman, Lively played a dual role as Emily Nelson as well as her twin sister.

As the story unfolded, it was revealed by another star, Anna Kendrick, who played Stephanie Smothers, and was a dead enemy to Emily, put Emily to jail when she found out that she had killed her sister.

The first part ended with Emily behind the bars and the second part opens with a shock to Stephanie Smothers when Emily walks out of prison.

Though Lively shared that she was confident and ready to go into the role, until the director, Paul Feig, exposed the plot twist to her. The plot twist was added later, when the primary draft was edited by 70%.

And the director tried to “kill the plot” multiple times because Feig thought "If we don't get it right, let's not do it." Because Lively read the original script, but after the script was changed 70% and Lively was a bit shaken.

But the director and actor have trust between them, Feigh told that she said Let’s try and then “She went for it.”
