Fans of the long running show have been hopeful for news since it was announced in 2023 that it would be coming to an end. However, it has officially been confirmed that it has ended after 14 seasons.
Fortunately, a spin off has been announced called Boston Blue which will follow Donnie Wahlberg as he returns to the role of Danny Reagan.
It was announced by the network that the spinoff series, FBI: Most Wanted would be coming to an end with its current sixth season. For grieving fans, another spinoff called CIA has been added to the CBS roster.
It was announced in March that the currently running 4th season of the series would be its last. There is still some hope that it may get picked up by another network, if not, some of the characters could return in CIA.
After being saved two times already, it seems that S.W.A.T has been cancelled for the third time, after having aired in 2017. Actor Shemar Moore has taken to social media to urge other networks to save the show.
New episodes of Season 8 are still currently airing, building up to a 22 episode season.
The original premiere date of the show had to be delayed due to strikes, and now it has been cancelled after only one season, as several comedy series are vying for one slot.
It has lost the slot to the comedy pilot DMV, which is now taking over.
After only one season, reality competition series The Summit is facing the ax. Being hosted by Manu Bennett, it followed 16 contestants as they struggled to make it to the top of the mountain while following the Mountain’s Keepers rules.
