Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo unveil first look at 'Wicked: For Good'

Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo gave viewers a unique first look at Wicked: For Good during CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas on Wednesday.

The Broadway performer, 38, was joined by the singer, who just released her Eternal Sunshine Deluxe album last week.

The duo took the stage at the Universal Picture presentation at Caesar’s Palace, accompanied by director Jon M. Chu and Producer Marc Platt. They shared a brief teaser that hasn’t been made public yet.

The audience was also given a glimpse of Dorothy, though it was not possible to see her face in its entirely due to the yellow brick road.

When the teaser began, the singer's character Glinda was looking for Elphaba (Erivo) in Emerald City when she exclaimed, “Elphaba I know you are here, just come out before the monkeys spot you.”

Elphaba responded, “This is between us, the wizard and I,” before using her broom to write the words “Our Wizard Lies” in the sky.

One year after the first instalment of the musical adaptation debuted in theatres, Wicked: For Good is scheduled to open on November 21.

With a $150 million budget, the film made about $747.2 millions at the box office.
