Young Thug’s freedom might be at risk.

The rapper is currently on his 15-year probation after being released from prison last October.

Thug served more than two years behind bars after being arrested in 2022 for his involvement in the highly publicised YSL RICO case.

The rapper stood trial with five of his alleged associates the following year and later accepted a plea deal.

Thug was sentenced to 15 years of probation but the Atlanta rapper was not allowed to enter his native city for 10 years among other restrictions.

The artist has again found himself in a difficult situation after he openly criticised Atlanta Police Investigator, Marissa Viverito.

Thug recently posted Viverito’s picture on X, formerly Twitter, and called the investigator “Biggest liar in the DA office.”

The post ruffled some feathers at the District Attorney’s office as Fulton County prosecutors are now accusing Thug of violating the terms of his probation.

According to Channel 2 Action News, the prosecutors have filed a motion alleging that the 33-year-old “demonstrated a blatant disregard for the law, the safety of witnesses and the integrity of judicial proceedings.”

In response, Thug took to X to deny making threats and called himself a “good person.”
