Kate Middleton is set to make a powerful comeback at a key royal event after she received a delightful title.

The Princess of Wales will mark St Patrick’s Day with a solo appearance at Irish Guards parade on Monday.

Notably, Catherine is the colonel of the regiment, who missed last year's celebrations due to her cancer diagnosis.

According to The Independent, the future Queen will "award long service and good conduct medals to soldiers and present the traditional sprigs of shamrock to officers and guardsmen at Wellington Barracks in London."

Prince William's wife will also receive the salute during the march past as she is performing duties as a colonel.

It is important to note that Princess Kate is prioritising her role as a mother to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis despite making back-to-back public engagements.

Recently, she stepped out with Prince William in Cardiff to witness a rugby match between England and Wales.

During her appearance, she wore a "dual friendship pin," a nod to both rugby teams despite being a patron of England's team.
