Margot Robbie is being eyed to play her boldest character yet
Australian actress Margot Robbie took the world by storm with her live-action Barbie in 2023. The movie became the highest grossing movie of 2023 breaking several other records.
The actress took a well-deserved break after the movie was released. During that time, Robbie also welcomed her first son with husband Tom Ackerley.
It will not be too long to see the Suicide Squad actress back on screens however, her next project is set to be a polar opposite of the light and feminine Barbie that had young girls excited as well.
Robbie is being eyed to star as the scandalous model Anna Nicole Smith. The movie will be made in a bio-pic style following the tragic life and death of the model.
Smith is infamously known for being the Playboy model who married 86-year-old millionaire J. Howard Marshall when she was just 26.
The film is being made by the late model’s close friends Pol’ Atteu and Patrik Simpson who stated that Robbie’s embodiment of Barbie reminded them of their friend who they referred to as Barbie.
