Jason Kelce reveals how Taylor Swift has helped Travis Kelce 'grow up'

Jason Kelce is opening up about how his younger brother, Travis Kelce, has changed since dating Taylor Swift—and according to him, the transformation has been “staggering.”
During an appearance on the Fitz & Whit podcast, the former Philadelphia Eagles player was asked by host Ryan Fitzpatrick whether he has noticed Travis “growing up” over the past few years.
Jason, 36, who has always been known for his candid takes on his younger brother, admitted that Travis has always had a Peter Pan-like personality—but things are different now.
"It’s been staggering, honestly. One of the things I love so much about Travis is that he never grew up—he was like Peter Pan and the Lost Boys."
When asked if he thinks Travis is finally maturing, Jason didn’t hesitate to agree.
"For sure. It’s changing, and I think sometimes, you get people in your life that bring that out of you, and that’s a good thing."
Despite Travis' growth, Jason assured fans that his fun-loving, high-energy personality is still intact.
"He’s still got that youthful enthusiasm. I think he’ll kinda always have that—it’s just part of his personality. It’s one of the reasons every teammate loves playing with him, and anybody that’s ever met Trav—you can’t help but just love the guy."
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has been at the center of media attention since his romance with Swift went public in September 2023. Fans have noticed that he has become more serious and intentional, particularly in his public appearances and interviews.
Jason concluded by saying: “Trav is a free spirit in the best possible way.”
