After BTS’ Jin, J-Hope and Suga, the remaining boys of the band, Jungkook, RM, V and Jimin initiated their mandatory military services program.
BTS’s label Big Hit Music revealed the news to fans on Tuesday, November 21, regarding the military enlistment process for the remaining four Bantgan Boys of the group's original seven to enlist.
Soompi shared the full English version of the statement that started with a greeting and reads as, “We would like to inform our fans that RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook have initiated the military enlistment process.”
The entertainment company added that they will inform the fans of further updates in due course disclosing not more than that “the artists are preparing to fulfill their military service duties.”
“We ask you for your continued love and support for RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook until they complete their military service and safely return,” the statement concluded with a thank you before adding, “Our company will spare no effort in providing for our artist.”
The entertainment company previously announced that Suga would be enlisted in the services on September 22, following the other two members who had been off with their military training earlier.
April 18 marked the date J-hope commenced his days in the military as an active-duty soldier.
He was reportedly enlisted as the 36th Infantry Division recruit at training center in the Wonju city in Gangwon province.
J-hope, 29, underwent basic military training for five weeks before getting transferred to his station.
He was the second bandmate out of the seven who got enlisted in the military services following the first and eldest member Jin.
Last year on December 13, Jin, 30, officially began his military service as an active duty soldier.
He entered the 5th Infantry Division in the recruit training center in Yeoncheon County of Gyeonggi Province.
