DaniLeigh Faces DUI Charges and Hit and Run Allegations

DaniLeigh was arrested and charged with DUI following an alleged hit and run incident in Miami Beach, Florida. 

The incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday morning, when DaniLeigh, whose real name is Danielle Curiel, reportedly struck a man on a moped while driving under the influence of alcohol. 

Eyewitnesses have come forward with disturbing details regarding the alleged hit and run involving singer DaniLeigh in Miami Beach.

According to their accounts, she was driving at a high speed in a gray Mercedes-Benz, accompanied by a passenger, when she collided with a man riding a moped.

Shockingly, DaniLeigh reportedly did not stop after the collision, dragging the moped along for about a block. 

Witnesses attempted to get her attention and inform her about the situation, but she continued driving. 

Thankfully, one bystander managed to alert a nearby police officer, who intervened and convinced DaniLeigh to halt her vehicle. 

As stated in the police report, she cooperated by providing her license and registration. 

Her passenger was reportedly displaying signs of high intoxication. Both individuals were detained using hand restraints.  

However, she agreed to undergo several field sobriety tests, which she allegedly failed. 

Subsequently, she was placed under arrest and transported to the Miami Beach breath testing room, where she underwent two breathalyzer tests. 

The reported results showed breath alcohol levels of 0.145 and 0.148, both more than double the legal limit. 

The victim involved in the incident sustained two non-life-threatening injuries, including a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture.

The scooterist's vehicle also suffered significant damage and was towed from the scene.

Following her arrest, DaniLeigh was held in jail from 8:16 a.m. until 11:45 a.m.

She was released on a $9,500 bond, as stated by Miami-Dade Corrections & Rehabilitation.
