Emma Corrin joins Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman for Deadpool 3

Emma Corrin has joined the ensemble cast of Deadpool 3.

According to Deadline, The Crown actress is set to star alongside Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman as the lead.

The details behind the character are unknown; however, it is expected that she will play the villain.

Shawn Levy will direct the film, meanwhile, Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese are returning to pen the script for the upcoming Deadpool threequel.

Ryan Reynolds will produce the film alongside Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige.

According to IMDb, “A weary Wolverine finds himself recovering from his injuries when he comes across a loudmouth Deadpool who has time traveled forward to heal his greatest pal in the hopes to befriend the wild beast and to team up to take down a foe they both have in common,” the synopsis read.

Corrin is renowned for her breakthrough role as Lady Diana Spencer in the fourth season of Netflix’s The Crown.

The 27-year-old actress got nominations for various accolades for her work in the show, including a Golden Globe, a Critics Choice award, and an Emmy.
