Britney Spears lashes out at fans who send Police to her house

Because of her recent erratic conduct, Britney Spears' fans in Los Angeles called the police and asked them to check on her at home to see if she was okay.

The fans assumed her account deletion was a result of her unsound behaviour.

Although it was not stated whether they spoke to her or not, the police went, checked, and indicated they didn't see anything to be concerned about. Britney told her followers today that they overstepped the mark this time.

The Toxic singer didn't treat her fans badly, but she did tell them that they had overstepped the mark this time and that the reason she deleted her Instagram account had nothing to do with rumours that she was in danger.

"As everyone knows, the police were called to my house due to some prank phone calls. I love and adore my fans, but this time things went a little too far and my privacy was invaded," she wrote.

"The police never entered my home and when they arrived at my door they realized there was no problem and left immediately. I felt harassed and that I was gaslit once the incident became news and I began to be, again, portrayed in a poor and unfair way to the media."

"During this time in my life, I really hope that the public and my fans that I care so much about can respect my privacy going forward. All the love, B," she concluded.

According to sources, Britney was "disturbed" by the "inconvenient" police wellness check visit, according to the website TMZ.
