Fans react to Mario face leak by McDonalds' employee

A McDonald’s employee has reportedly leaked Mario’s face from its new movie on Discord.

A streamer named ConnorEatsPants took to Twitter to announce the alleged leak in his discord channel, and wrote: “did a McDonald's employee in the ConnorEatsPants discord just leak the first photo of Mario in the Mario Movie.”

Fans have not responded well to the supposed animation, and can’t help but notice that Mario’s Mario’s face shape is wider, his mustache - thinner and lighter in color, his arms are much shorter, and his head is much rounder than the original video counterpart.

The alleged leak, however, is not of much value as Nintendo and Illumination are planning a big reveal of the Super Mario Bros. movie on 6-7 October 2022, in the form of a trailer reveal and Nintendo Direct presentation.
