Molly Ringwald is on Feud.

Variety has learned that Molly Ringwald has joined the "Feud" Season 2 cast. She will portray Joanne Carson, Johnny Carson's second wife, sources claim.

Until he published excerpts of his unfinished novel "Answered Prayers," which served as a tell-all about the city's elite, Truman Capote (Tom Hollander) was friends with numerous members of New York high society.

This is the true story that is the focus of season 2 of Ryan Murphy's anthology series on FX. However, Carson and Capote remained close friends up until Capote's passing in 1984.

The cast also includes Demi Moore as Ann Woodward, Diane Lane as Slim Keith, Calista Flockhart as Lee Radziwill, Naomi Watts as Babe Paley, and Chloe Sevigny as C. Z. Guest in addition to Ringwald and Hollander.

In addition to "The Stand" and "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," Ringwald is most recognized for her work in the 1980s movies "The Breakfast Club," "Sixteen Candles," and "Pretty in Pink."

She has recently made appearances in the Netflix films "The Kissing Booth" and "Riverdale," as well as a cameo in "The Bear" on the CW. Untitled Entertainment and Barking Dog Entertainment represent Ringwald.
