'Stranger Things' star Maya Hawke wants to create spin-off with Joe Keery Steve

In an interview with Rolling Stone Maya Hawke talked about her relationship to her Stranger Things character and her hopes for future of Hawkins gang.

While expressing her thoughts about the death of some beloved characters from the show, the actress particularly wished her character Robin should be one of them in the final season. 

She said "I would love to die and get my hero's moment," she added "I'd love to die with honor, as any actor would."

The actress further talked about the idea of a spin-off of her role Robin if only it survives the season she stated, "Normally I wouldn't really be a proponent of a spin-off, but if I got to do it with Joe Keery, I would do anything," she continued "He's so funny and wonderful and smart, and he's got great boundaries. He's an excellent coworker, and I would do anything with him."

Hawke's acting career has taken off with mega hit Stranger Things and the actress is currently starring in Netflix’s new revenge thriller Do Revenge with Camila Mendes.

The multitalented star has also expanded her focus to music as she is about to drop her second album, Moss on September 23, 2022.
