Tom Cruise's ex-Katie Holmes endorses his rumoured romance with Ana de Armas

Katie Holmes seems to be fully supportive of her ex-Tom Cruise spending quality time with Ana de Armas amid their rumored romance.

Holmes, 46, who was married to Tom Cruise from 2006 to 2012, liked a May 1 Instagram post, that was reported by The Daily Mail back in May. The post included several photos of the pair spending time together during an outing.

It is one-of-a-kind action from The Our Town actress, who has been tight lipped over the years about her split from Cruise in 2012 following a five-year marriage life. The pair shares a daughter named Suri, 19.

Cruise, 63, and de Armas, 37, first seen together in February 2025 have sparked romance rumours after Paparazzi snapped them together during a night out in London.

Although, The Mission: Impossible star and Ballerina actress were spotted together multiple times since February, a source close to the pair claims, they were “just friends”.

In May, the Knives Out actress appeared on a show and was all praise for Tom Cruise, saying, “It was so much fun”.

As Tom Cruise reportedly shares similar, romance appears to be in the air.

“[Ana is a], very talented, great dramatic actress, comedic, tremendous ability, learns quickly, Cruise said in May.

How long Cruise and Holmes spent time together before split?

Cruise and Holmes first made waves together 20 years ago, including the cherished memory in May 2025 when he jumped on a couch with his hands in the air in excitement over how in love with Holmes he was, during an appearance on a show “Oprah”.

The couple welcomed their daughter Suri in April 2006 and decided to tie the knot in November 2006. However, they split in June 2012 and officially divorced less than two months later.

Thus, ending a love story that started with a lot of fanfare.
