Sophie Turner recalled her Game of Thrones days, revealing that the filming experience had a profound impact on her life.
In an interview with Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett on the Dish podcast, the 29-year-old actress described her nine-year association with the headline-making television series as an “amazing” journey.
“Everything I learned from Game of Thrones — and a bit from my parents,” she said.

Notably, The Staircase actress was part of the show’s eight successful seasons till the age of 23.
Despite spending most of her adolescence on the show, Sophie admitted she never watched it, mainly because she didn’t enjoy seeing herself on screen.
Moreover, the Dark Phoenix star expressed her admiration for working alongside cast members like Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, and Peter Dinklage.
“I never had proper formal training, so I got to learn from the amazing actors around me, which I felt like I won a competition," she noted. "But it was great. We all were a family.”
The Joan actress humorously mentioned that she learned a lot from the series' X-rated scenes.
“I definitely got my sex education from that show," she joked. "More, more than enough.”
On the professional front, Sophie will be next seen in the upcoming Amazon Prime tv series Steal.
