Look at some smashing looks from Emmy Awards 2022

The 74th annual Emmy Awards took place on September 12th. The three-hour telecast resumed its original form after two years of the pandemic.

The red carpet was back in full swing and the ceremony was held in a packed studio audience at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The three-hour broadcast was star-studded with the most updated and wild fashion game of the celebrities that grab the attention of onlookers for all the right reasons.

Starting with Elle Fanning, who got her dress designed by Sharon Long.

The actress walked on the red carpet in the black-and-pink gown, customize accordingly by Long.

The black skirt of the strapless dress was fitted, and the upper bodice had pink ruffles. Her hips let loose a train, revealing a pink underlayer of fabric.

Moving on, Sheryl Lee Ralph donned a black thigh-high slit dress with a long trail.

The strapless black dress had a crimson underlayer, and the slit displayed a vibrant flash of colour. Ralph, who is up for an award for her work in Abbot Elementary, paired the gown with a pair of black heels.

Colman Domingo looked stunning in a shiny metallic suit having self-print, which he paired with a sheer brown-net inner and black footwear.

Talking about Zuri Hall, she attends the event in a white off-shoulder gown, a little overdo of feathery texture. Looking up close to the dress, it was covered with a geometric pattern.

Next in the line is Megan Stalter. She was dressed in a sheer red dress.

Stalter wore a red dress with sheer, floral-patterned red lace. She matched her shoes and pocketbook to the dress' red undergarments to complete the ensemble.

The red carpet got real dimension with Laverne Cox's geometrical black mini dress, ticking the chic and glamour boxes.

Cox donned an Olivier Rousteing-designed Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture outfit while anchoring the E! red carpet event.

The black dress had vertical white stripes and cloth that protruded on her hips and breasts, giving it a contemporary, bubbly feel.

The outfit was finished off with black tights, pointed-toed shoes, and Cicada jewellery.

Euphoria star Zendaya, with her too cute face, grabs all the attraction. The talented actress wore an off-shoulder Valentino gown with a form-fitting bodice with a subtle peplum at the waist. From the waist, the gown is cut into a full skirt with a train. The star paired Bulgari jewellery with the classic gown.

Amanda Seyfried drops jaws in Armani Privé glittery gown. The gown hugged Seyfried's figure and was wrapped in a layer of pink sheer cloth.

The netting created a dramatic neckline that protruded from the garment in a manner like a seashell.

Sydney Sweeny makes a statement in a custom white gown designed by Oscar de la Renta. The sleeveless gown with a scooped neckline hugged her upper body but widened into a skirt from the hip line. The overall dress was covered with silver-black thread embroidery, giving the gown the due definition.

Reese Witherspoon wore Giorgio Armani's blue fitted piece and she looked absolutely stunning in that custom ensemble.

A Tiffany & Co. choker completed the look.

Lastly, Alexandra Daddario dons Dior almost sheer one-shoulder sleeve dress. Although the dress's design was straightforward, its translucent, embroidered fabric left little room for the imagination. One of the night's more audacious looks was that one.
