The 24-year-old makeup mogul was spotted with unusually plump lips during her night out in London. In the photos, the mother-of-two fashioned her all-new lip gloss from Kylie Cosmetics.

While the diva stole the spotlight in a sleek, black form-fitting dress, she also invited critical comments from netizens.
