Lady Gaga takes pride in Tony Bennett : ‘ He is a remarkable human being

Singer Lady Gaga opened up on her collaborations with Tony Bennett and how he always managed to bring out the best in her despite his fight with Alzheimer’s as she sat down for an interaction.

Tony has always been Gaga’s mentor and role model, especially during tough times of her career.

In an interview with Stephen Colbert at the Late Show, the Bad romance singer gushed over the legendary artist , “He is a remarkable human being, he served our country, he also marched with Dr Martin Luther King Jr., he used to sneak Duke Ellington into the back of hotels to play jazz music all night long.”

"I love him very deeply” stated Gaga.

Talking about Tony’s great work, Lady Gaga revealed, “When jazz begins...this man lights up in a way that is such magic.”

Bennett’s contribution to the music industry has been great despite his long battle with cancer.
