Tom Holland touches upon his constant fight with sleep amidst rising celebrity status

Tom Holland opened up about suffering from sleep paralysis since the day he rose to fame.

The star has been in showbiz for quite some time now but his celebrity status skyrocketed after his epic performance as Peter Parker in the sequel Spider- Man.

In an interview with GQ Magazine, the Uncharted actor said,”A feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep.You’re awake, but you can’t move.”

He added, "They’re all there, and I’m looking for my publicist, like, ‘Where is the person who’s supposed to be protecting me? What’s going on?And then when I am able to move again, I turn the lights on, and it’s over.”

For the unversed, Holland has been dealing with nightmares from time to time as well as ‘ cognitive dreaming’.

Tom stated, "four out of 10 sleeps I wake up completely naked."
