Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Aniston talk about Twitter debate over pairing with Adam Sandler

Hollywood beauties Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Aniston have opened up about their strong friendship. While appearing on Global’s The Drew Barrymore Show, the pair of actresses addressed their reactions over the recent Twitter debate involving their co-star Adam Sandler.

The Charlie’s Angels actress began the conversation saying that, “Okay, so there was this Twitter debate that happened about who is a better partner for Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston or Drew Barrymore? Which sounds weird to say my name.”

“And what I loved that came out of that was that you and I chose each other,” she continued. The Friend’s star replied, “Oh well that’s a no brainer. There’s the phrase the guys like to say bros before hoes.”

“Oh my God I was going to say hoes before bros,” Barrymore agreed. The host further added, “And that is sisterhood. And we have had that and you have that with your friends and we just celebrate that and I loved that that was the true answer.”

Earlier, a number of Twitter users sparked a war of words on two of Hollywood’s leading ladies, Aniston and Barrymore.

The debate started when some fans suggested that the Morning Show star’s on-screen pairing with Sandler in Murder Mystery had been one of the best.

However, fans of 50 First Dates soon jumped into the debate to bring in Barrymore to the equation, making her one of the top trending topics on Twitter.

The Wedding Singer actress starred alongside the comedian in 50 First Dates and several other hit rom-coms, while Aniston co-starred with him in Netflix’s Murder Mystery.
