Meghan Markle receives criticism after Palace staffers bullying complaint

On Tuesday, The Times reported that Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle is upset as she is receiving criticism amid bullying complaints by Palace workers.

PEOPLE obtained a statement, in which representative of Markle said “The Duchess is saddened by this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been the target of bullying herself and is deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced pain and trauma”.

“She is determined to continue her work building compassion around the world and will keep striving to set an example for doing what is right and doing what is good” representative added.

The allegation was made by the pair’s former communications secretary Jason Knauf in 2018. He claimed that Markle undermined confidence of a staff member and drove two assistants out of the Royal household.
